Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is completed. An average of 2 to 7 working days is expected to major cities, rural and outlying areas. Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.We accept returns within 7 days of customers’ receipt of product. However the products should not be used at all as well as proof of purchase(invoice) and the original packaging will be required. Venom ridez will refund the client within 30 days. NOTE: CUSTOMERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE RETURN OF THE GOODS and Credit will be issued in the same form as payment Returns must be shipped via traceable courier. Return shipment must be pre –paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit for. In case of loss or damaged goods, customer is liable for payment.
